2103 Alta Vista Ave Austin, TX 78704

Listing details for 2103 Alta Vista Ave, Austin, TX 78704 : Absolutely gorgeous .4252 Acre lot on one of Travis Heights' premier streets. 1960-vintage duplex is rentable but adds no value; property is being offered up as a building site. The lot is entirely under a canopy of HUGE multiple live oaks; most of them well located to allow for new construction. Recent tree and topo survey available. Lot slopes up from street to a flattish area where duplex is located; possibility of long views. There is nothing else like this in Travis Heights; plenty of land to allow for a large house without impervious cover or FAR difficulties. Take a drive by; you can walk the front of the lot but please do not disturb tenant. Footsteps from Stacy Park and Pool!! This is an estate, which may mean delayed closing but seller is willing to enter into a contract to purchase subject to completion of probate. Executor is sole heir.
