115 Seaside Dr Gun Barrel City, TX 75156

Listing details for 115 Seaside Dr, Gun Barrel City, TX 75156 : Wow, 200 feet of channel frontage! In the same family a long time, this unique home was JUST LISTED in Eastwood island on FOUR LOTS totaling almost 1.5 acres! Able to build two more homes, fronting on a quiet culdesac. Eastwood Island is a special lakeside subdivision, with only one entrance in and out. Golf cart friendly, and with a private property owner's association with private boat launch, fishing piers and party pavilion. The home is technically located on a channel of Cedar Creek Lake, but there is no water in it at this time because of the lake levels. A lake pump still remains on the property. Many large oak and pine trees make this the quintessential East Texas getaway. This cozy home features a glassed-in back porch, several storage buildings, and a carport. The L-shaped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and open floorpan into the living room, complete with a fireplace. Don't miss out on this one! This would make an excellent vacation rental, or long-term rental. This is a very popular lakeside community, and Eastwood Island does allow short-term rentals. MORE PHOTOS COMING SOON.
